Troy Siegfried is the Director of Global Transfer Pricing at FMC Corporation. Troy has a combined eighteen years of corporate tax, transfer pricing, and economic consulting experience focusing on supply chain restructurings, operational transfer pricing, global IP migrations, cost sharing arrangements, customs, and global audit controversy matters. Prior to joining FMC in 2014, Troy was a member of the global transfer pricing group at Crowe LLP in New York. Earlier in his career, Troy was a member of Pfizer’s global transfer pricing group as well as HSBC’s Wealth and Tax Advisory Services business. Troy holds an undergraduate degree in finance from New York University – Stern School of Business and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Keenan-Flagler business school.
