Katherine Sakoda is Counsel, Global Tax Controversy at Keysight Technologies and is based in San Francisco. Katherine focuses on tax controversy as well as international tax planning initiatives. In her controversy role, she partners with Keysight’s international tax team and global controllers on any interaction with the tax authorities, including proactive APAs, audits, and inquiries. Prior to Keysight, Katherine worked at SoftBank Group International, McKesson, and Baker & McKenzie. In her non-tax life, Katherine is the Co-President of San Francisco Ballet’s Young Patrons Circle and an avid Bay Area sports fan (just don’t ask her about the A’s right now).
