Susanna joined International Asset Management in March 2023 as Head of Product. Susanna has 20 year senior experience in Product at various international asset managers, including JPMorgan Asset Management and Natixis Investment Managers, where she lead product development, management and strategy initiatives across their product ranges. This includes experience working extensively on Luxembourg, UK and Irish domiciled UCITS with a focus on funds distributed globally (across Europe and into Asia). Further at Natixis part of her team also included market intelligence specialists to better define product strategy and support sales and corporate strategic initiatives and acquisitions.

In addition to leading product and product related regulatory initiatives as well as managing prioritisation of activity across the team Susanna lead on the development of an automated product workflow to create efficiencies in the product process including improving time to market.

She has executive/ leadership experience – managing teams of senior product developers as well as managers, leading various product committees, and has been appointed to fund boards in both Luxembourg and the UK.
