Profile
Erika is a Partner in Osborne Clarke's corporate tax practice, with wide experience advising both UK and multinational clients on a broad range of tax issues.
Her work covers standalone tax advice as well as transactional work, with a particular emphasis on representing funds on formation, investment and restructuring activity. Her broad practice covers value added tax, stamp duties, employee and cross-border tax issues, including work on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, flotations and other corporate finance transactions.
Erika advises clients across a broad range of sectors, typically working alongside the firm’s sector specialists. She also represents many of the firm’s biggest corporate clients on their transactions.
She is renowned for her work for international clients of the firm, either representing overseas companies investing in the UK and Europe, or acting for European clients investing further afield. In this work, she works closely with Osborne Clarke’s Alliance firms.
Erika qualified as a lawyer in 1990 and joined the firm in 1997, becoming a Partner a year later. She is on the Committee for UK Banking at the International Fiscal Association.
