Mrs. Dawidowicz is a Managing Director and a member of the private debt team at StepStone Group, focusing on sub-investment grade corporate credit and other liquid and illiquid credit strategies. She is a member of the Firm’s Diversity, Equity and inclusion Committee which sets DE&I goals and reviews progress towards meeting them.

Prior to StepStone, Mrs. Dawidowicz was an associate investment manager with MAF Trust in Dubai, responsible for alternative investments including private debt, private equity and hedge funds. Before that she was an investment manager for VCM Capital Management in Munich.

Mrs. Dawidowicz received her master’s in international economic relations from the University of Konstanz, Germany and is a CFA charterholder.
