Diana is an Africa Investment Advisor to the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), responsible for Southern Africa.
She is a senior investment professional with over 13 years’ experience in private equity, mezzanine debt, senior debt and asset management. She is passionate about investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and has a deep knowledge of debt and equity instruments. She has been involved in all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, assessment, structuring, execution, post-transaction monitoring, exits, as well as fundraising.
She is a 2010 Rhodes Scholar with an MBA and MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Accountancy & Finance from Birmingham City University. She is also a CFA® charterholder and an ACCA fellow.
