Jobalo Oshikanlu is currently Executive Director, Legal & Investments at ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Limited, a private equity firm that is a major player in infrastructure in West Africa. ARM-Harith invests in sustainable infrastructure which supports economic growth and development in Nigeria and West Africa, and is committed to making a positive impact on local communities and the economies in which it invests.

Jobalo Oshikanlu is a commercial lawyer of 25 years with a focus on infrastructure finance and development, and has extensive experience in public-private partnerships, including having been in his early years as a legal practitioner a key member of the team that drafted the first-ever PPP infrastructure legislation in Nigeria (enacted into Lagos laws in November 2004). He is considerably experienced in infrastructure, having been key in leading the delivery of landmark, precedent-setting projects in West Africa, and continues to hold board-level roles in entities within the energy and transport sectors. Jobalo Oshikanlu is a member of the Nigerian Bar and an Alumnus of Cranfield UK where he obtained an award in Business & Leadership.
