Hossein is the Managing Director at Petro Power Construction. He is also an elected member of the British Exporters' Association (BExA) council. Hossein has over twenty years of experience in managing, implementing and technical, economic and environmental impact assessments of a wide range of largescale and highly complex projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. In addition, he specialises in energy and infrastructure projects risk management, financing and investment.

Hossein holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Engineering Management from the University of Lincoln, an accredited Master's in Renewable Energy from of the Renewable Energy Institute (REI), three postgraduate qualifications in Project Finance, Private Equity and Derivatives from the University of Middlesex and a level 7 NVQ Diploma in Leadership and Management from City & Guilds. Hossein is a Chartered Project Professional and a fellow member of the Association for Project Management (ChPP FAPM), a Chartered Engineer and a full member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (CEgn, MIET), a Chartered Portfolio Manager (CPM), and a Chartered Manager and a fellow member of the Chartered Manager Institute (CMgr FCMI) and, a Merger & Acquisition Professional and a Chartered holder member of the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (M&AP and IM&A). He also holds a Mastership status in Renewable Energy and is a member of the Renewable Energy Institute.
