Mr. Kau serves as the Head of Corporate Development for Realterm out of Realterm’s New York office. Prior to joining Realterm, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan where he covered real estate clients, including publicly traded REITs and real estate asset managers.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Kau served as an Investment Banking Vice President at Credit Suisse in its real estate, lodging and gaming coverage group and, prior to Credit Suisse, worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management (now Sculptor Capital Management).

Mr. Kau holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
