Grady has over 20 years of experience in leveraged finance and working with private equity sponsors. Before joining GoldenTree, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs' Financial Sponsor Coverage Group.

Grady received his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
