Roger is an experienced portfolio manager and senior executive. He has over a decade of experience managing money for both UHNWI and institutions. From 2011-2013, he was a quantitative analyst with Hong Leong Asset Management. From 2013-2019, he was a portfolio manager with Pheim Asset Management (Asia). From 2019-2022, he was working for a single family office as the CEO. Since 2022, he has been the CEO of Winfield Global Capital, which is a multi family office. Roger holds both B.Eng (1^st Class Honors) and Ph.D from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, He is also a CFA chartered holder.
