Tasneem Kadiri is the UK and Ireland Tax Director at L’Oréal where she is responsible for both direct and indirect taxes. She has a special interest in Green Taxes for Europe for L’Oréal and chairs the Neurodiversity and Disability DEI pillar for L’Oréal UKI.

Tasneem is winner of Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2020 for best In -House Tax Leader. She has almost 20 years’ experience in tax, audit and accountancy, having worked in both practice and industry.

She is on the ICAEW Large Business and International Tax Committee and Chair of Women in Tax. She is also on the committee for Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion for CIOT.
