Benjamin Egan is an experienced tax professional and the Regional Head of Tax at Iron Mountain covering Asia Pacific, MENAT and Emerging Markets where he has worked for the last 9 years.

Benjamin has a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University (Melbourne) and started his professional career in 2006 as a graduate within Deloitte’s corporate and international tax division in Melbourne and served clients across a number of industries.

Benjamin became a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand in July 2009 and has also completed a graduate diploma of Taxation from Melbourne University.

In 2012, Benjamin moved to London in the United Kingdom and after a brief role with BHP Billiton, started his journey with Iron Mountain where he developed his skills in international tax, mergers & acquisitions and tax structuring.

In 2018, Benjamin relocated to Sydney and took on a leadership role within the Iron Mountain tax function.

Benjamin is a proud father of two beautiful young boys, an avid traveler and a (tragic) supporter of the Collingwood Football Club.
