Paola is a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager at ADM where she is primarily responsible for transfer pricing in the APAC region. With 15 years in-house transfer pricing experience Paola has worked for both European and American Head Quartered multinationals with a global presence, has managed all aspects of transfer pricing, including business model transformations, operational transfer pricing implementation projects, treasury and documentation. Paola has worked with tax authorities across all regions, successfully completing APA’s, audits and reviews. Paola has recently moved to Melbourne from Amsterdam and holds a Master of International Tax from the University of Melbourne.
