Saomai Krause is the Head of Tax and Reporting at Health and Happiness Group Limited (H&H group), a position she’s held since 2016. H&H Group is HK listed and a global leader in paediatric, pet and adult nutrition with 8 core brands, including the Australian vitamin and supplements brand Swisse. Saomai has group wide responsibility for tax governance, tax strategy, and the management of relationships with global tax regulators. In her time at H&H, Saomai has advised on a number of major transactions, business-wide transformation projects and has deep knowledge in the intangibles space. Prior to joining H&H, Saomai began her tax career at PwC. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Law and Commerce.
