Neil Thomson is an active commercial and general insurance litigation attorney joining Sedgwick Chudleigh from a prestigious Australian global law firm. His insurance cases include property damage, personal injury, contracts and indemnity. Mr. Thomson has an advanced understanding of contract law and civil procedure.
