Arnaud has an extensive experience in trusts and foundations but also in tax, wealth planning and restructuring of family-owned business assets. Arnaud serves on the board of several Swiss private trust companies acting for high-end families from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He helps families to transfer their assets and activities into specific dynastic trust structures to enable better asset protection, optimal succession planning and the implementation of appropriate checks and balances with best-in-class family governance. He brings to Twenty20 his experience in coordinating - through the implemented structures - important transactions and investments with the client’s family offices, international legal providers, banking and regulatory institutions. Arnaud is also a member of the board of several international active charitable foundations.
