Hannah is a litigator specialising in advising private clients based in the UK and offshore, in relation to disputes concerning trusts, wills, probate and administration of estates, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and applications to remove executors, and Court of Protection proceedings. She also holds a diploma from the Institute of Art & Law and has an established practice acting for private clients in connection with works of art and other collectables, primarily when issues of title and ownership or provenance have arisen. Drawing on her extensive experience in this field, Hannah also advises clients contemplating projects and acquisitions in order to assist them in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Outside of her professional role, Hannah has a grounding in integrative counselling and psychotherapy, having undertaken basic training and in 2008 established a charity based in London specialising in helping people experiencing difficulties connected with pregnancy and pregnancy loss. She oversaw the process of the charity gaining accreditation with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2015 and remains on the board of trustees.
Hannah studied Biological Sciences at Oxford University, before switching to law and training with Allen & Overy, qualifying in 2004. She worked at Speechly Bircham before joining Sinclair Gibson in 2008.
