Michael’s responsibilities at Longbow Capital include opportunity origination, transaction execution, portfolio management, and fundraising. Prior to joining Longbow, Michael was the financial lead for an infrastructure investment platform back by Ontario Teachers Pension Plan which invested in and evaluated over $10B in energy related infrastructure opportunities. Prior to that Michael was a manager in Deloitte Canada’s national M&A advisory practice where he lead multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions including mandates in corporate finance, transaction services, integration and valuations. Michael is both a CPA and CFA charterholder.
