Lin Chen has over 20 years of tax experience gained within both public practice (Big 4) and large multinational groups. With a background in Australian corporate tax and international tax, she has experience being a senior leader in the group tax/finance function for a multinational group advising on business expansions, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions. She is currently the Head of Transfer Pricing and APAC tax Director at ERM (the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy with operations in over 40 countries) where she has developed and implemented global tax and transfer pricing policies and control frameworks to manage tax risks and promote corporate social responsibility within a continually expanding and dynamic organisation.
